Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. In unserem Haus hat der Schriftsteller UWE JOHNSON seine Schuljahre verbracht. Wir (Sylvie &Tobias) freuen uns auf freundliche Gäste und heißen sie herzlich willkomen.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Whether cozy evenings by the fireplace or joint cooking sessions in the large kitchen-living room, our location can offer it to you. In addition, you have your own small balcony facing west and with the nearby S-Bahn you are less than 20 minutes away from the Baltic Sea beach without the hassle of looking for a parking space. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The apartment is in a quiet location in a village, which is about 12 km from Rostock. A 16 sqm cozy room with small kitchenette, hallway and a separate bathroom are available. The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord.
