Steigen Sie auf Ihr Fahrrad und beginnen Sie von hier aus schöne Touren nach Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede und Oldenburg. In 20 Minuten sind sie mit dem Auto auch schon an der Nordseeküste. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich entspannen, mit guten Büchern, in einer ruhigen, aber muckeligen Umgebung, vor den Fenstern nur Grün und Ruhe.

Unser Maisonette-Häuschen (44 qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Terrasse, Parkplatz und Wallbox liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Bürgerfelde- am Rande der Stadt und doch zentral! Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus von der Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Universität entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im grünen Umland. Das Haus ist kernsaniert und mit allem Pipapo neu und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ideale Belegung sind 1-2 Personen/Paare, für ein paar Nächte kommt man auch zu dritt unter. Haustiere willkommen!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Im Moment ist gegenüber eine Baustelle eines Einfamilienhauses. Es kann zu Beeinträchtigungen kommen.

Im 1.OG befindet sich noch ein selten genutzter Privatraum von uns. Die Lage und die Infrastruktur ist ideal mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die BAB 293 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
