Beautiful thatched house for six people. Three bedrooms furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and sauna to relax on the top floor. Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Through a full renovation, stylish vacation rentals have been created in the last two years, which impressively highlights the old building components through modern living elements.
