“While this is undoubtedly a five star stay, selfishly I wish I could keep this little nook of paradise all to myself to ensure availability for a return visit! Chris was a saint, and Cindy LouWho was the greatest surprise treat. We had a rough start to the day travel wise and after showing us the property, Chris went above and beyond and offered us a ride to a local restaurant so we could get fed and back to relaxing as soon as possible. She continually went above and beyond our expectations- you absolutely will not regret this stay. From the puppy kisses to the beautifully lit ficus plants and the absolutely delightful outdoor shower... simply divine. We will ABSOLUTELY be planning a return trip. We miss you already Chris and Cindy!”

“Brian's cottage is perfect...the perfect place for my family of 4. It was like being at home but also on vacation! Location: The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with the beach a quick 5 minute drive. Our main reason for vacation was baseball spring training...Roger Dean Stadium is an easy 20-25 minute drive. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores that are just minutes away. Cottage: A sweet little 2-bedroom cottage that shares a yard with the host's home. The yard has a lovely pool, mature landscaping, fun yard games and enough room for kids to run around. High privacy fence surrounds that keeps kids securely in yard. Inside the cottage, the decor screams beach! Lovely bright colors and fun decor. A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms to keep the temperature comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at home. The fridge and cupboards had the basics...oil, spices, ketchup, mustard, mayo. Plenty of kitchen storage for bought food. Very comfortable beds with ample bedding to keep warm. The washer/dryer is located in the attached garage. Host: Brian is a superhost! Quick to respond when we first reserved, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, went out of his way to accommodate our requests. He has compiled an informative folder of local attractions. He also was very respectful of our space and privacy. Even though he and his family live onsite, you'd never know! Thank you to Brian for a fun family vacation!”
A warm and relaxing retreat with a newly remodeled pool and pool deck, blocks from the intercoastal and just a few miles from the beach, Downtown West Palm Beach, Downtown Lake Worth and Palm Beach, all of which are packed with great shopping and restaurants. Great for a family or couples' vacation or a seasonal vacation home. Extra discounts for weekly/monthly rentals.
“The house with the yellow door so adorable! Laura was very polite and ready to answer all of my questions, even let us stay a bit longer past our check out time. The pool is super nice specially in summer days, great to enjoy a day of grilling or hanging in the hammock reading a book. Very nice area to walk/run if you like to exercise outdoors or walk your dog. I totally recommend this place to unwind and relax. I wish I could come every month! Thanks for your hospitality, Laura!”
