Cable TV is included, with a second Apple TV! The hot tub is yours on your stay, to be shared with the tiny home in our backyard. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from 2 malls, and 5 minutes from the 2 interstates. We are conveniently near Walmart, Smiths, and CVS for last minute grabs!

Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. There is a California king, comfortable 2nd king and a full over twin bunk bed. The bedrooms both have large walk in closets. Each bedroom has its own tv, along with stylish simple decorations. There is a large very well appointed kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room.

AMAZING GARDEN OASIS. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have off-street parking and your own entrance. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
