Minimalist construction trailer near the lake, wood-burning stove, close to nature

The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Apartment for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pillows and blankets are there, it's just about the bed linen, sheet size: 160 x 200. On request, we could provide linen packages, the costs of €20/person would have to be paid separately in advance. The apartment is on the ground floor. On the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also partly used privately in summer. See the notes below.
