Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly September) our in-ground pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Modern, fully equipped apartment - close to the vineyard

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Family-friendly green oasis in the Neckar Valley

Located directly on the green, deep and original Odenwald, our bright, quiet and spacious garden apartment awaits you. Here you can relax at the edge of the forest. The historic old town of Neckargemünd can be easily reached on foot via beautiful meadow orchards, the world-famous old town of Heidelberg is only 15 minutes away by public transport. Nestled in the unspoiled hills of the Hohenlohe area and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we provide exceptional accommodation in a stunning fortified tower. The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

Beautiful apartment for the whole family

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Hinweis: Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 €.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale.
