The house is located in the middle of Schierensee, an idyllic village with about 400 inhabitants in the Westensee Nature Park. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink.
