If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.

Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
