Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist im Sommer schön kühl. Sie wurde ganz neu saniert und liebevoll ,mit viel Handwerklichem Geschick, von uns selbstgestaltet. Die Holzwerkstatt ist im Haus. (nur als Hobby....es ist kein Lärm zu Erwarten)😉Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und in ihm befindet sich meine Floristenwerkstatt,die ich gewerblich betreibe. Die Räume der Wohnung sind hell ,geräumig und freundlich . Verdunklungsrollos sind angebracht. Die Küche iist gut bestückt mit allem was man so braucht. Als Gastgeber wohne ich vor Ort und stehe jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden.

The apartment is 1min away from the market and town center, with the view directly on the Herderplatz. It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

Gemütliche kleine Höhle in Villa

Das Zimmer liegt im Souterrain einer Villa in guter Lage von Weimar. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang an der Seite der Villa wo sich auch eine kleine Außensitzecke mit Tisch für die Gäste befindet. Dort geht man ein paar Treppen zum Eingang herunter. Im Vorraum ist die Garderobe wo sich auch ein Kühlschrank Wasserkocher und Nespresso Kaffemaschine befindet. Von dort aus ist das WC begehbar. Schlafraum hat ein 1,40x2 m Bett mit Sitzecke und kleines Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Keine Küche!

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Haus über Weimar, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. In unserem kleinen liebevoll gestalteten Backsteinhaus, direkt am Weinberg, in unserem großem parkähnlichen privaten Grundstück kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Tag kann mit einem Frühstück und einer guten Tasse Kaffee, zB. bei Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Fernblick beginnen. Das Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett befindet sich oben in der Galerie. Unser Hofhund Cleo ist gut erzogen und empfängt freudig alle Gäste.

Doppelhaus - 4 km vom Zentrum - mit Schwimmbecken im Sommer und Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatte. Ein Parkplatz frei. . Einkaufen 5 min Fußweg zu Lidl. Nahverkehr ins Zentrum der Stadt 6 min Fußweg. Sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. 100m Gartenweg zum Haus. Gut gesichert. Sehr gut erreichbar sind - Weimar Weltkulturstadt mit Buchenwald, Erfurt, Jena mit Goethe und Schiller, sowie eine Umgebung mit viel Grün und mildem Klima. Saaleradwanderweg ca.500 m entfernt.

Gemütliche Nichtraucher 1 Raum Wohnung 30 qm in der City, in ruhiger Seitengasse unterhalb des Marktes. Kneipen , Cafes , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Museen in direkter Umgebung. Parken ist auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen "Eichplatz" (50m) , " Inselparkplatz" (100m) oder dem "Seidelparkplatz" (zu Fuss 10 min) und in den Parkhäusern möglich (alle 50m entfernt). Bahnhöfe bzw. Busbahnhof super einfach zu Fuss erreichbar.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Entfernung zur Stadtmitte, aber auch zu einem großen Park. Die Stadt Apolda liegt nur wenige Kilometer entfernt von Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza oder Naumburg. Wir Gastgeber wohnen in einem Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück und stehen euch gern mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite.

The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
