Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Die komplett renovierte Unterkunft liegt ca. 2 km von Alpen,9km von Xanten und 11km von Wesel entfernt ,am idyllischen Niederrhein.Zum Strandbad in Menzelen Ost sind es ca. 2 km. Die ganze Etage ist mit Naturkorkboden inklusive Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Box Springbett 1.8x2 Meter, kann man richtig schön relaxen. Die neue Küche ist komplett ausgestattet(Senseo Kaffeemaschine).Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für E Autos gibt es eine Wallbox zum Laden.

Die Ende 2018 komplett renovierte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und enthält eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine sowie ein neues Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet, alle anderen Wohnbereiche mit grossflächigen Fliesen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Eine private Terrasse (mit Grill) steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Zeddam, monumentaal genieten in luxe appartement.

Licht en ruim, met ruim 50m2 is er genoeg ruimte voor een luxe verblijf voor 2 personen. Keuken, kamer, badkamer, aparte toilet en slaapkamer zijn allen nieuw en luxe. We hebben de zelfstandige studio ingericht met materialen van hoge kwaliteit. Zoals je het zelf thuis ook zou willen. Hoewel wij geen ontbijt serveren zorgen we bij aankomst altijd voor een koelkast gevuld met wat drankjes, boter, yoghurt/kwark, eitjes, jam. Ook zijn er ontbijtgranen, olie/azijn, suiker, koffie en thee.

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Tolle Startpunkt für diverse Radtouren rund um den Niederrhein. Wunderschönes altes Herrenhaus von 1870 wurde liebevoll restauriert und wo nötig modernisiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Im Sommer kann man die Ruhe und Atmosphäre im Außenbereich genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Kernwasserwunderland, der historische Stadtkern von Kalkar, das Schloss Moyland, Römerstadt Xanten und Schloss Anholt.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Ein gemütliches Fahrradwochenende mit Exkurs ins Nachbarland oder Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Grillen auf der Obstwiese. Alles kann. Nichts muss! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer Straße, mit einem Fahrradweg. Man ist von hier aus in ca. 3,5 km in der Gocher Innenstadt.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!
