It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. The house hast been completely renovated. The Apartment is in the first floor. It's attraktiv and it is lovly incide. There is a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for another one or two people, bathroom with toilete/shower. You are welcome to use the garden and the pool. The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

You rent a beautiful upper house from us with a panoramic view over the Meuse in both directions. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts passing by you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.
