Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung in der denkmalgeschützten „Alten Mühle“ liegt im Malerdorf Kleinsassen inmitten des Biosphärenreservates Rhön, direkt am Fusse der Milseburg. Sie bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins nahe gelegene Fulda und die Rhön, und im Sommer Nutzung des schönen Gartens samt Pool. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Kunststation Kleinsassen bietet Kulturinteressierten ein tolles Programm und ein schönes Cafe.

Ländliche, moderne&vollklimatisierte Ferienwohnung

Liebevoll, gemütlich&vollklimatisierte eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in ländlicher Lage. (Trotzdem Autobahn nah, zur A38 sind es 5 Autominuten.) Die Heiligenstädter Innenstadt ist ebenfalls in 5 Autominuten (oder 30 Minuten Fußweg über Fahrrad- oder ländliche Wege) erreicht. Radfahrer kommen auf dem Leine-Heide-Radweg ganz auf ihre Kosten, da dieser in ca800m Entfernung liegt. Um dem Stress des Alltags zu entfliehen und den Akku wieder aufzuladen, eignet sich unsere Umgebung wunderbar :)

Das gemütliche Haus mit Holzkamin, finnischer Sauna und einem Schlafzimmer mit Whirlwanne ist perfekt für eine romantische Zeit zu Zweit, bietet mit 100 qm aber auch genug Platz für Familien mit Kindern oder ein Treffen mit Freunden. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Bad Tabarz in ruhiger Lage, nah am Wald. Zum Haus gehört ein Garten mit Terrasse und kleinem Pool (Durchmesser 5 m, 1,20 m tief). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, daher die perfekte Abkühlung nach der Sauna oder einem Sonnenbad.

Unser kleines Sommerhaus befindet sich circa 4 km vom Stadtzentrum Erfurt entfernt. Es liegt sehr ruhig und idyllischen hat einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt. Der Garten hat viel Wiese, Baumbestand, ist circa 650 m² groß und vollständig eingezäunt. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, hat ein Boxspringbett (1,40 × 2,00 m) und TV.Unser Wohnzimmer ist mit TV,Schlafcouch, einem kleinem Kachelofen sowie Esstisch ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine Sitzgruppe und ein Tagesbett .

In den Wintermonaten perfekt für Wintersport in und um Oberhof, im restlichen Jahr toll zum Wandern, Radfahren und SightSeeing im und um den Thüringer Wald und vieles mehr. Bei der Sauna und dem Whirlpool bedarf es einer Vorbereitung. Wenn ihr diese nutzen wollt bitte nach der Buchung Bescheid geben. Weiterhin haben wir einen Pool den ihr nach Absprache im Sommer gern nutzen könnt.
