The apartment is located in an apartment building (3 units) on the 2nd floor. It has a size of 75 m², consisting of 1x living room and 2x bedrooms, 1x kitchen and 1x bathroom with tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the common electrical appliances. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Free parking on the premises can be used. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.
