Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Beautiful and quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the cozy wooden house, yard 2021 for private use. Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast WiFi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.
