Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the Southern Palatinate. In a house built in 1904, centrally located in Landau, 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room await you. The apartment was newly renovated and refurbished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental at the neighbor. Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

The 60 square meter old town apartment was only furnished in 09/2020. It is centrally located right in the old town of Landau, and close to the market square. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley.
