Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Just a short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.
