Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Te One - Boutique Beachfront Accommodation

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Outside is a large luxury stone bath in a quiet private garden setting, and there are two areas with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. We have a two night minimum stay. We also offer a guaranteed late checkout of 2pm on the day you leave.... so you can sleep-in and relax.... there is no rush to go :-)
