Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. Relax and enjoy everything the Moselle has to offer while staying in a unique, tranquil accommodation. An authentic apartment with original beam construction has been created in an old winery. Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

Apartment "Hekla" in the Eifel

Our former farm with a dream view is an idyllic Eifel village on the edge. The two detached wooden holiday houses can accommodate a total of 18 people. Our renovated apartment "Hekla" can accommodate 2-3 people. Apartment Hekla is part of the farm main house. The Heidberghof is right on the edge of the forest. There is no transit traffic. On the farm live next to us, a Dutch family, also Icelandic horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
