We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The house is designed to be as sustainable and enviromentally friendly as possible. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated in 2008-2013 and lovingly furnished. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry bushes. The farm is centrally located on Rügen, so all the highlights can be reached in a maximum 45-minute drive. The Binz or Sellin hotspots can be reached in about a 20-minute drive. Beautiful natural beaches can be found north of Mukran in about 30 minutes drive.
