The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Guest apartment in the old department store on the Allerradweg Astrid & Rainer welcome you! From 1834 to 1998, the building served as a department store. The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions for an overnight stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a reading and play corner in the hallway. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Our guest apartment 5 - Oschersleben is located directly on the edge of the forest, called Hohes Holz. Suitable for families who love nature. The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village pitcher with homemade beer and grill specialties. There is also a hospital in town with bakery, coffee and small snack. The Harz excursion destination has been reached in a short time.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not available. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and barbecue. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe bike path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.
