Klein Elmau - The forest idyll in Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

High-quality furnished family home with large garden and terrace, barbecue area, playground equipment and 2 covered parking spaces in the courtyard. A cozy conservatory with underfloor heating and a large kitchen with modern electrical appliances invite you to cook and linger. 2 bedrooms upstairs offer 4 sleeping places as well as 1 baby/toddler bed. Another sleeping place for 1-2 people is located under the roof.

Apartment in "Olln"

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not provided. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and grill. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe cycle path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Norden von Magdeburg. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung sowohl an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, als auch an die Autobahn. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 10 min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Ein Außen-Sitzbereich lädt zum entspannten Ausklang des Tages ein.

Magdalenenhof am Huywald - Kornboden with a view

The "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfen" from which Dingelstedt originated. The house was built in 1727 and is now a listed building. The Huywald (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) is a few minutes' walk away and invites you to take long walks. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. In Dingelstedt, a bike path starts that was built on an old railway line.
