It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to relax. Whether on the balcony, in the beach chair of the conservatory or in the communal garden - there are many places that invite you to linger. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a spacious living area with a window front facing the countryside. In addition to the two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds each, there are two more single beds in the attic. The kitchen is new and very well equipped.

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.
