Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

The Apartment is a separate and independent unit in a nice house with its own entrance. Suitable for a couple. In case it is needed two portable beds could be added as well. Pets are welcome :) . Apartment is clean with equipped kitchen and laundry machine and smart TV. within 15 minutes walking distance to Malmo Hyllie station and Emporia. Good connection to city Center with public transport. Free parking spot. Access to electric car charging box and bikes for affordable price.

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns bl.a. en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabb wifi, högtalare, matplats och köksvrå samt kaffebryggare. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

Bright and quiet top floor apartment, with cute view to the øresundsbridge, the ocean and Denmark. Perfectly suited for a single person or a couple. Ideal for longer stays ( price can be lower) Located 5 min. from the bridge, 5 min. to Emporia shopping C, 20 min til CPH airport , 10 min to Malmø C , 15 min to Sturup airport and 30 min to Copenhagen C. Lite, nyoppusset gjestehus i et veldig rolig område, ved siste avfart innen Øresundsbroen. 22 kvm gjestehus, med dusj, kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og uteplass. 160 cm kontinental dobbeltseng og raskt wi-fi. Gratis parkering på tomten. Gåavstand til badebrygge (600m), og bussholdeplass. Vi har to sykler til låns. Ca 10 min med buss til Hyllie, og ca 30 min med buss/tog til Københavns Flyplass.
