Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Nyd en skøn ferie i vores hyggelige sommerhus kun 400 meter fra Dronningmølle strand, som er en vidunderlig lang, familievenlig badestrand. På husets 70 m2 store træterrasse, er der sol fra morgen til aften. Haven er aflukket og privat og har en dejlig græsplæne med plads til havebadminton eller bordtennis. Huset ligger ideelt mellem kystbyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, som byder på hyggelige restauranter, cafeer, food market, butikker, isboder, minigolf, fiskeforretninger på havnen og meget mere.

Cozy cottage on waterfront, only 50m from the beach. Undisturbed and private setting, where everything is peaceful. The house is south-west facing and no wind on the terrace even in windy weather. 150-300m to shopping, restaurant, café, Dronningmølle train station. Electric car charging. The area offers Louisiana Museum, Nordsjælland Fuglepark, Kronborg, Frederiksborg & Fredensborg castle. Pls bring own bedlinen,towels, teatowels, or ask us to provide it for 100 kr/person. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Skønt helårsanvendeligt anneks, 32 kvm, velegnet til 2 prs. Annekset er smukt placeret i 2. række fra havet, med dejlig afgrænset privat have. Vi har 2 min. gang til fantastisk udsigt mod Kullen, havnen og kysten, samt 7 min. gang til strand med bro, og således rig mulighed for en morgendukkert! Følg Fyrstien mod det gamle Gilleleje, eller i modsat retning mod Nakkehoved Fyr, hvorfra der er en betagende udsigt. Det er muligt at låne herre- samt damecykel, m. gear. Ældre modeller!

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Huset har udover en stor dobbeltseng til 2 personer en 140 cm boxmadras på hemsen. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.
