Quiet, cozy and romantic, in an excellent location between sea and countryside, the villa is located 15 km from the city center of Cagliari, 4 km from the beach of the Gulf and a few km from the beautiful tourist resorts of the coast for Villasimius. The area is equipped with all the amenities , from markets to bars and restaurants, pharmacies and tennis courts with swimming pool. The garden , very nice and cozy , is furnished and equipped with a large barbecue.

Beautiful Villa renovated in May 2023. Surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept 1000-square-meter garden on 4 sides, with automatic irrigation. All the beach equipment, umbrellas, chairs, diving masks with fins, SUPs and bicycles are available, in the number of six, so that you can enjoy this beautiful stretch of the southwest coast of Sardinia in peace. There is a beautiful beach 300 meters from the villa, a 6-minute walk away.

This large single villa is set in an 8000 sqm garden that ends on the rocks and sandy beach. It is in fact in the front row with private access to the beach. The house has four bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with two bunk beds. Thereis a small tennis court, a ping-pong table, and much more. There are 3 full bathrooms. We ask for the power separately and - if you want - the rental of linens (€20 per person and change).
