The small house directly on Lake Wörthersee offers a great, idyllic place to escape the stress of everyday life. It is 10 minutes from Pörtschach and 15 minutes from Velden. Not even a 5-minute walk away is the nightclub "Fabrik" and the restaurant "Saag ja." 1.5 km away, "Billa" offers a good shopping opportunity. The car can therefore stay in the private parking lot.
