Vacation on the sunny side of Carinthian Rosentales. Small but nice vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The equipment includes a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The tourism region of Wörthersee- Rosental offers many cultural and sporting excursion options : Nearby are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau bike path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
