Studio Ahoi is one of three apartments in our guest house. Quietly located, it is within walking distance of the town center and Lake Wörthersee. The studio is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed, kitchen and balcony. The eclectic mix of maritime theme, antique furniture and modern art make the studio truly special. Our bar for coffee and drinks is located on the first floor. The large garden is available for all our guests.

Carinthia has plenty to offer and we are right in the heart of this enchanting region: the Drau bike path (370 km) runs directly through Kellerberg. Fantastic lakes are not far away and we are happy to tell you the most beautiful hiking routes in the region! Especially suitable for travelers, the A10 motorway is 6 km away.

Enjoy the benefits of our newly renovated apartments with beautiful views of Lake Ossiach. The apartment at the foot of the Gerlitzen is located in an annex, part of the spacious garden of which can be used by our guests. In summer, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and many other great excursion destinations. In perfect snow conditions, you can ski to the front door. The ski resort is ideal for all ages.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.

Love Lake Wörthersee? This is the place for you. Our beach house is right in the Velden Bay. The seaside resort and beach are right outside the hotel door. It is only a few minutes walk to the town center with castle hotel, casino, shops and bars. Perfect for the party in the evening. You are right in the middle of the action, but you also have your peace away from the hustle and bustle.
