We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.
