Hi, welcome to my loft! It is modern and bright, and is in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike lane, which cross the city, with electric bike rental. It was a former 1950s cabinetmaking workshop, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with tools and images that I rescued from its previous use. It is unique! Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
