Beach spot with two umbrellas with four sunbeds in front of the sea, during the summer season. Quiet residential area ideal for stays with the whole family. The accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher on each floor in accordance with the law.

Just 1.5km from the beach, convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

Situated in a very quiet ‘corte’ (courtyard), it offers 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, and is also accessible to people with motor disabilities (on request you can use the lift to access the first floor). Outside there is a large table with wooden benches, all under a large gazebo and an outside structure where you will find a washing machine and a shower. Nearby you will find basic services, bars and restaurants.
