The dock has a houseboat for your convenience to kick back and relax while enjoying nature and catching bluegill, large mouth bass, striper, catfish and sometimes....salmon and sturgeon. Beautiful areas for kayaking. Also a slip for your boat. Large backyard for BBQ's and relaxing. Inside the home is a cozy fireplace to keep warm and relaxing.

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
