Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! We are happy to welcome you to our quiet, spacious studio guest suite! Our guest suite is on the ground level of our split-level mid-century modern home with a private side entrance. The bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable pillow-top queen bed. The luxury bathroom has a large, glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head, two vanities, and a walk-in closet. Inside the walk-in closet, we've also curated a coffee & tea station with a mini fridge and a cold/hot water dispenser.

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Modern In-law suite close to shopping, restaurants short walk to the beach. Local transportation and minutes to the Oakland Airport.. I live upstairs, I’m available via text. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make your stay exceptional. Because I occupy the top two floors of the house, it’s a possibility that you may hear “life” happening upstairs from the suite. No children just a big fluffy dog that behaves like a cat. It’s a fairly quiet house.

Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.
