The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Private Guest Suite — Walk to Downtown Lodi

Guest suite with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. It is less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Lodi. You get to enjoy the private backyard space. Suite is attached and includes extra space to relax and work. This tiny cozy Airbnb features a ceiling height of 6'8", while the main room offers a more spacious 8-foot ceiling. Taller guests should note that the door to the room is lower than standard height—please watch your head when entering!

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
