Beautiful wooden terrace around the house, so the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Wood pellet stove/heat pump. Beautiful garden, which is well enclosed with beautiful cherry laurel hedge. A short walk through Ejby Ådal itself to Isefjorden. 800 meters to the waterfront, where there is a swimming bridge. We charge for electricity separately. Water consumption is included.

The apartment is 60 m2, for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra bed. The apartment contains the kitchen with dining table, large double bed, private new bathroom, sofa group and TV, there is internet, but you must have your own streaming subscription. On the country property, there are Icelandic horses and beautiful rural views out over the field and forest. We are next door to an outdoor swimming pool, which is open to the public in the summer. There is a nature path across fields down to Roskilde last year and Gershøj inn, a walk of about 30 minutes.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, kælegrise, masser af høns, kaniner og frække katte og fra april kommer der små lam ude på marken. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.
