This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beautiful beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

A modern luxury annex is surrounded by trees, showcasing a spacious wooden deck that leads to expansive glass doors. Natural light fills the interior, while the exterior features a rustic wooden facade, complementing the tranquil garden setting.

Dejlig gulvvarme, udendørs bruser med varmt vand, lækkert bad og WC. Stuen med udgang og udsigt direkte til naturen. Alt er nyt. Dobbeltseng og en ungdomsseng m. i alt 4 sovepladser. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
