Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Maisey le Duc is a very small village, situated in the « Chatillonnais » at the north of « COTE D’OR »( Burgondy). It stands inside a near future National Park, not very far from famous French towns : CHAUMONT (45 km), TROYES (85 km), AUXERRE ( 94 km), DIJON (94 km) and served by the motorway A5 (50 km/way out 22 or 23) For those who love nature, many walks or rides are possible, particularly in the chatillon’s forest (more than 20000 ha), that starts close to the village.

Complete accommodation, perfect for a stopover or a long stay, come and enjoy the calm of the Burgundian countryside.
