New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Comfortable holiday home with that little something. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The house floor plan is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an unparalleled ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.
