Beautifully remodeled barn by Lake Fryken

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Dammstugan is located on the beautiful Asby headland. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Cottage with fishing rights and canoes

Här är du varmt välkommen att koppla av en eller flera dagar själv, med vänner eller familjen. Fiska direkt från altanen, eller ta en tur i kanoten. Inom ca 5km radie finner ni naturreservat med vandringsleder, badstrand, fiskesjöar, en skidanläggning och längdskidspår. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar. Det finns tillgång till två kanoter för paddling i ån.

Comfortable cabin in quiet and scenic setting

Our cottage is open plan. Just outside the cottage, the pilgrimage trail and the biosphere trail head towards Spiken's fishing area and on to Läckö Castle. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and to Läckö Castle about 4 km. Kållandsö has many nice hiking trails in addition to the pilgrim trail and the biosphere trail. Läckö Castle and Spiken's fishing area are nice and nice excursions. On the other side of Kinneviken is Kinnekulle, which also has many nice excursions.

Small cozy cottage near lakes ( fishing license) and swimming and nice forest trails in a peaceful environment, bike mountain bike Single sign yet very close ( approx 2 km) Bäckefors community which is a knot point for buses. Large playground, outdoor gym football/volly ball/boule plan Elljus track, gas station with inn, consumption store pizzeria , hairdresser etc. Large Parabolic many channels, foreign including German free channels Free Wifi , Netflix, etc.

Swimming area with small sandy beach and cliffs are within walking distance from the cottage (2 min). Beautiful natural environment for walks/hiking and outdoor activities. Several beaches and golf courses are located in the nearby area.
