Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Welcome to this beautiful and modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right outside the door. A smaller boat harbor is available with a launch ramp for guests with their own boat.
