Beautiful villa with breathtaking view

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A large villa suitable for families (we have 2 small children aged 5 and 7) as well as animals (we have a dog, the land is completely enclosed). There are many leisure facilities (heated swimming pool, spa, huts, billiards, trampoline, brazier, etc.), the villa is located in the countryside, the large grounds (4000m²) allow you to be really quiet. Finally, the breathtaking view allows you to unwind with peace of mind

Superb detached house facing the valley with a 20 m² terrace with fantastic views of the mountains of the Chartreuse Natural Park. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and the decoration is neat and personalized in each of the bedrooms. Spaces are provided for children. Ideal location for a quiet stay in the fresh mountain air with the possibility of leaving the cottage on foot and directly accessing several hiking trails.

You will be 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Quiet house + jacuzzi and sauna in nature

Recent house in a quiet area, with all comforts, with a garden, very well located for reaching the main massifs of the region: Chartreuse, Vercors, Belledonne, Oisans and Trièves. I propose the total use of the ground floor and partially the floor. The nearby bus takes you to Grenoble, capital of the Alps, in less than 15 minutes. The little extra? outdoor jacuzzi and indoor sauna for lounging!
