Our cozy little cottage with a hot tub offers you a relaxing stay for 2 or the whole family. Chalet en planrier of 60 m2 built in 2021. Stunning views of Belledonne. Quiet place with many hiking departures and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyon, caving,skiing...) Private open-access spa. Heated year-round to 37°. Wood burning stove with logs available. 10 minutes by car from the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 min from 7 Laux.

cozy, bright, renovated for a lovely vacation!

❗bed linen is not provided❗ We will be delighted to host you in our tastefully renovated cocoon, fully equipped with 28m2 with beautiful mountain views. Ideally located with large outdoor heated swimming pool, accessible free of charge in summer. The residence is at the foot of the slopes. All shops within walking distance of the accommodation: convenience store ,ESF, bakery, daycare, restaurants, pizzeria, equipment rental... Very nice hiking tours from the apartment.

Best ski location

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️
