Superb new spacious, comfortable, functional, air conditioning. Wifi. Bright, not overlooked, very quiet. Ideally located between the city and the lake. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ovens with all the kitchen essentials. Nice living room with extra-large TV. An independent bedroom with TV as well, bedding in 160, Dressing Room, Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Balcony for outdoor dining. Your parking space is secured by a sliding gate.

Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .
