120 sqm house with 3 bedrooms, with beds for 8 adults. There is another extra bed (sofa bed) inside the living room, so 9 beds in total. The house is located 600 meters to a beach and 200 meters to supermarkets. The train station is 150m from the house. Trains run to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and has the possibility of an extra bed. There is coffee/tea for free use and if you need to wash clothes, it is possible. There are always clean linens and towels for use. The apartment is equipped with all service and kitchen equipment. The apartment is right next to the highway exit. It is in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not handicap friendly as you have to go up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!

Simple and practical accommodation at a reasonable price. Annex adjacent to the house, but with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. One room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and television and one with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded).
