Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

This pocket of paradise is nestled right on the outskirts of NW San Antonio and was home to the famous landscape artist Robert Wood back in the 1930's.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

This beautiful Southwestern Suite is located on a historic Hill Country Ranch. This attached villa has a private entrance, private bathroom with walk-in shower, loft master bedroom with 2 Queen size bed, Mexican tile throughout, Youtube TV, most steaming apps, and Wifi. 6 hole disc golf course is available to use as well.

The Little Red Barn in Town

This large 800 square feet guest house is newly renovated and is an open floor plan with high ceilings, full bathroom, and full kitchen minus a dishwasher. We are less than a mile from Main Street shopping and close to the walking trail. We look forward to sharing our barn with you on this quiet dead end street in town.

HummingBird Haven River Cabin

Private two-bedroom river cabin on 5 acres that sleeps up to 6 people, located just steps away from the cool clear Sabinal River. The cabin offers two comfortable rooms, bed linens, a fully furnished kitchen and convenient bathroom, a BBQ grill, picnic table, Swing and a campfire pit located just off the covered deck.
