Private cottage on secluded 76 acre working organic farm. Hiking, stargazing, birding, gardens, greenhouse, solar, and rain water. Horses and well behaved dogs welcome $10 per night each, limit 2. Keep dogs leashed outside; dogs not allowed on furniture. Our horses not for hire. Swimming, State Parks nearby: Garner, 22miles, 30 minutes. Concan, 30 miles, 35 min. A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
