Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

A private property, with large garden, hottube in the nature reserve, it can accommodate up to 10 people. Quietly located and yet very close to the popular holyday resorts, it offers just the right mix of hustle and bustle and tranquility. Comfortably furnished, with a touch of luxury it is perfectly designed for relaxation for families and friends.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The self-contained apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and small living / dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.

This holiday home located near Świnoujście is perfect for families or a group of friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet quiet area on the island of Wolin close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, bike and hiking trails, and a golf course. It's a great base for other beach activities nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet, the west of the slogan admired from the deck, and the stars looking into the eyes .

Whether with the whole family, as a group of friends or even for a break in the familiar, small team, our villa offers the right mix of space for cozy get-together and retreat thanks to the separately accessible apartments. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all sorts of constellations - especially in spring and summer, where the garden and numerous seating options open up further possibilities. Dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.
