Es liegt in seenaher ländlicher Lage, sonnig in einem großen idyllischen Garten mit altem Baumbestand, der im Süden an eine Weide mit Bachlauf und Kapelle grenzt. Wanderwege liegen direkt vor der Tür.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

Detached villa with a wonderful south view, all-round balcony with hammock, completely south-facing, modernly equipped, but in the middle of nature. The hut contains a wood-burning sauna, beds, table, chairs, TV, terrace etc. A modern outdoor kitchen (March 15 - November 15) is about 20m away from the hut, as is the heated bathroom with toilet. Corona-technically, the villa consists of 3 separate, contactlessly accessible objects, 3 parties with up to 6 guests each can live separately..

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax.
