Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. The apartment extends over three floors with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (1 of which is a passage room) and an open gallery, open, fully equipped kitchen and living room with dining area. Terrace with grill and garden use. Satellite TV, digital radio. Incl. Towels, bed sheets, central heating. Parking in front of the house. In the middle of the village, only 5 minutes to the lake or train station.

Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
