The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Welcome to our newly built chalet at Hansenhof. We welcome you in a beautiful quiet location with 360° mountain panorama within walking distance of the Fieberbrunn cable car. Ski in-ski out, in winter from the front door directly to the slopes and back again. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Aksu vacation home

Our house is in the center of Hochfilzen. A great base for hiking, biking or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort of Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country skiing trails are 5 minutes. Bus stop, train station is in close proximity. Tourist tax Euro 2.80 per person per night to be paid extra at the arrival cash.
